When was your first psychedelic trance music experience?
First time, in 2001, I went out with some friends for the night, and we ended up in a small party in my bortown. It was interesting and I didnt know anything about this genre, so after the event i researched about it and collected a few tracks to listen.
Why do you call your project as Insector?
Insector started with a friend of mine, he suggested this name, and we started to make tracks together,
That time i was a student on university, i studied horticulture engineering, plant protection. Unfortunately my partner quit at the beginning from the project, than i continued to make it alone and i became a real Insector,
In which festivals have you presented your act live?
I was playing on so many festivals all around the planet. I can mention a few, Ozora, Universo Paralello, Psycrowdelica, NoisePoison, FullMoon festival, Indian summer, Psycircus, Earthquake, Paradise festival, Antigravity, Samsara, Psyfi, Masters of Puppets, Zuvuya, Anaca, Kamino festival, Ultra Music Festival, Transylvania calling...

What advice would you give to new producers who want to enter to the scene?
I suggest to learn music theory, and make importance of the music quality.
How many tracks have you written?
uh, this is very difficult to count, I have 8 released albums with different project names, and many solo tracks, 30-40.
What are the influences of Insector?
Crazy Astonaute, Kindzadza, Kashyyyk and Psykovsky, architectures, faces of people, everyday life, the universe.
What songs are your favorite?
Crazy Astonaute, Kindzadza, Kashyyyk and Psykovsky tracks usually in the psytrance word.
How is a common day for Insector?
I wake up, than arrive to my body, and soon i go to my training. I refresh my mind there and after i can sit in the studio to work on my musics until i sleep. Of Course sometimes i have to do some everyday tasks, than i squeeze them in my days.
Where is your favorite place on this planet?
My favorite places are in Costa Rica, Mexico, Sri Lanka.
What else do you do apart from writing music?
Training.
Do you consume psychoactive plants and if yes, why?
I have got some experience in the past on them, but i don't use any drugs.
Talk about your new project Abrion.
Its made for other dancefloors. I'm trying to expand my musical spectrum. It's a psytrance project, around 140-145 bpm with melodies.
How was the Behind the Language project created?
Kokobloko and me find out we have similar musical taste, and we really enjoy to make music together. We want to bring some new vibe on the dancefloors with our music and livesets. We want to give happy moments to the people and make them forget about the everyday problems.
Tell me something about your Evolution album.
It is my latest solo Insector album, since that i released a friends album too. Evolution album is a way of my musical evolution quality wise. With ideas I go back to the roots, less melodic, darker ideas than what we represent in Behind Language for example.
Tell me how was your experience at the Ozora Festival - One Day In Mexico 2019?
Ozora, One day in Mexico event was amazing, huge crowd, proper organisation, a real quality event it was. Im proud i could take part of it and play my tunes on that beautiful land.
