The calm after the storm is a whole metaphoric opus. A saga of six parts.
As the story begins, our hero and his wolf face big changes brought by whim of fate. He knows the preparation begins as he meets Fortuna, the goddess.
Meanwhile they both are having a deep conversation, evil forces summon stormy clouds, gray skies ahead await but in a blink of an eyethe storm suddlenly bursts out of nowhere.
And there he stands in the midst of the storm, alone and ready to face the leviathan among rain, thunderbolts and fire willing to
test all what he has learnt, all the lessons from the past in the most epic battle that this parallel universe has ever seen...
Two cosmic titans clashing in a tremendous effort to survive, forcing, fighting, disrespecting for eons... until the epiphany manifests...
He doens not ought to fight the beast... as he realizes the beast is himself and lays deep within... a deep alchemical work brews, increasing in force, boiling to the highest point of heat... and explotion in the sky, a horrific thunderous sound accompanied by a blinding radiance fracture time and space, the eternal present arises... a moment... only for a moment, and only for a brief and eternal moment... tranquility emerges from that radiance, the birth of a sun learning to relax, a sun that teleports him with elegance into a new reality welcomed by a heavenly paradisiac place... the calm after the storm lays in this holy moment, eternally... be always here now, my beloved one! see less

While some humans can't hide their hate and resentment, those of us who achieve what is impossible for others, we must know how to share with those who are part of the new world, and not give value to those who unfortunately still did not understand anything..
This is an EP created from some forest of Germany, in a house of love, where dreaming, playing games and freedom is the main thing.
We do not stop playing because we are old, we become old because we stop playing.

The forces that shaped you, and me, and anyone else you care to mention, were ultimately mindless ones. Blind manipulated biological drives which led a sperm and an egg to collide. Add in a roll of the dice and a splash of Mendelian genetics, and here you are.
Think of the circumstances that surrounded your birth, and the building blocks that shaped you into the person you are today. Your mother and father exchanged fluids - sloppily, no doubt, and with all the mindless abandon that such biological imperatives entail. Procreation is an inarticulate process, a messy delivery system for genetic material spurred on by hormones and base urges. The natural processes of evolution and sexual selection guide the development of our species through trial and error. Throw a few billion darts at the wall and see what sticks.
In the future that I imagine, this process will be reined in. Guided by our own controlling intellects. To co-opt an antiquiated phrase, the myth of "intelligent design" will become a reality, but we will be our own gods, reshaping ourselves as we please. We will open our eyes to the possibilities that surround us. Bodies reshaped to survive in the depths of the ocean and the depths of space. Bodies inspired by nature, or the human imagination, or both. Bodies that can be used, and shed, and used again, inhabited as their wearers see fit.
Step back for a moment and imagine a future in which we have fully integrated with machines. There will be no niche we cannot fill. We can guide our own evolution, tailor ourselves to whatever environment pleases us. We will no longer be slaves to the selective processes that have dictated our development since time immemorial. If we decide to rebrand ourselves as a different species, that is our decision to make. I strongly suspect that nobody else would care.
We have placed such unnecessary limitations on ourselves. Social constructs and cultural norms driven by artifical scarcity. These will one day be stripped away, peeled back and discarded for the betterment of all.

Some parings make perfect sense right from the start. That's just the case with The Nommos (Ariane Macavoy and Goa Gil). The two are long-time heavyweight partners. They have established this joint venture of The Nommos back in 1996. This project is a melting pot to their artistic and musical ideas and their love to Africa.
The Nommos do not tend to release new material very often, a new release from them is nothing less than an exciting event. We are all astounded by, and immensely proud to be involved in their new album. We loudly and proudly present Emme Ya, an aural adventure, a journey to the mysterious and obscured world of Dogons.
The Nommos unearth this unique tribe, its culture and tradition, that date back in history.
They have witnessed, documented, and recorded some of the most rare and unusual ceremonies, rituals, and customs this remote tribe executes. The current complex situation they are experiencing is another reason why The Nommos put them in the spotlight and enhance awareness to this fragile civilization, endangered by a dictated and unwelcome wind of change in their habitat...
This 3rd studio album comes after two acclaimed albums on Avatar (and later, on Virgin/EMI).
The album was recorded in San Francisco and includes rare field recordings and samples done by the two in Mali.
Emme Ya is a solid structure to their revered far-out ideas and deep musical vision.
The album is lush and consistent to their characteristic style. Pounding basslines overlayed on 3D holographic tribal beats and psychedelic textures. They weave a labyrinth of aural images and deliver an artistic criterion of the highest level.
With tracks like Drums of Passion and Monkey Scream, they manage to combine dark psytrance and Africa music in a magical way, second to none. They never shy away to execute their artistic vision and ideas. Because the tracks were so excellently produced, they beam us to the location and point they wish to surface. The Nommos are identified as a trademark of quality and are becoming a source of reference for more and more artists.
This epic collaboration is a winning formula also because their musical background. Each carries the skills, the experience and musical direction: Ariane Macavoy, known for her outstanding Nimba project. A master in percussions and tribal instruments. She has rich knowledge in West African music and dance, as well as being an African dance instructor. Her keen interest in African drums and west African music and culture, goes beyond this project. Goa Gil, who aside of being a Shri Maharaj, is one of the dominant and most veteran and experienced Psytrance DJs on the planet. Behind him are decades of psychedelic cutting edge extended sets and musical experience. On his behalf are previous musical collaborations and knowledge in African music. Both are considered exceptional Djembe players.
The Nommos roots are in the heyday of standard electronica. This release fast forwards that vibe to this present day, pointing the way ahead, a self- confession of their vision of Africa.
As the scene has changed and re-shaped mainly for the better, The Nommos have influenced the lifestyle of so many people... they remain the trailblazers and dominant activists of the Goa psytrance movement, before it widespread and took additional forms.
With Emme Ya they draw a line, and mark a 3rd decade for this project. This is perhaps the best time of their career, and an obvious peak here. A welcome return to the cutting-edge electronica that the Avatar roster pioneered back in the '90s.
The Nommos are using the trance dance experience to uplift their crowd and open their consciousness. They sustain their statement and continue to do what they do best: redefine the ancient tribal ritual for the 21st century.

For Digital Chakra, it is a great pleasure to be able to share with you a new darkpsy release, one of those which shakes the spirit.
From Renania del Norte-Westfalia, who for us, and many people, is listed as "one of the few darkpsy pioneers still producing, and releasing not commercial music".
We present to you the Argentine named Ezequiel, also known as: PARANOIAC
Who with this, his fourteenth album / EP, having produced Darkpsy for almost 11 years creating music from 148 Bpms to 240 Bpms, (or more),
decided to go back to the roots, focusing on tracks with "low speeds" .
All Tracks are being created these days, in day time, with colours, 100 % made with Analog synths and Eurorack modules, in middle of this moment of planetary change and internal shakes.
For one of the songs, Paranoiac asked to GOA GIL, to record a voice audio to be used in one track, and GOA GIL sent to Paranoiac
an audio voice with a quote of a track created by him (Goa Gil) in 1969 in california, in middle of that golden ages of the psychedelia.
They are 3 raw songs with loud, dark, and glitchy feelings, but with colors and harmonization of various intense chaos,
to be able to socialize wild sounds with you.
There are, there were and there will be speculative, cold, and super edited sound creations in order to dazzle you with sound quality,
which is achieved only with work in editing and methodology..
Paranoiac always has swum on the opposite path to that, the one which seeks to create songs that have life, with mistakes, that are not computer programed sounds..
To be able to create raw tracks for your deep places, and not only caresses and false smiles for your external or idiot side or to your eyes.

DIA DE MUERTOS" is a celebration of the DAY OF THE DEAD - the beloved tradition of Mexico and an homage to the 855 brave, young departed souls of the Assam agitation (1979-1985) led by students.... those tumultuous 6 years followed by decades of political upheavals back home in Assam and Northeast India.
This EP though is not about the politics of the Assam agitation or the state violence unleashed on the students or the subsequent scarring of an entire generation. It is only and only about fondly remembering the 855 departed young souls from Assam and feeling their presence amongst us. The same way just like our Mexican brothers and sisters fondly remember their departed near and dear ones during the DAY OF THE DEAD - where mourning is considered disrespectful.
"DIA DE MUERTOS" is a charity release and all proceeds will go the Lynti Khasi School of Umsawwar - a small remote village of farmers & shepherds located in Meghalaya, Northeast India- to help better its infrastructure. The Lynti Khasi School, with its bare basic facilities, is trying really hard not only to educate the children of Umsawwar but to also strike a balance between education & the centuries old traditional livelihood of the community where the children help their parents in the daily chores of rearing and farming.

Malhon is from Zacatecas, Mexico. And this project is made up by the combination of 2 words that are "Mal - Hon" from "Maltrato Psicologico", EAFW/Hyperziio first project and "Honds", ℵ⑂кґ◎ᾔⅾṧ first project. These songs are 10 years øʟ∂ and they were suppose to be released but never were, but people kept αṧк☤ηℊ about these tracks and we decided to release it, so here it is. Over the last years Malhon has been releasing music in different recordings (Galactic Crew, Twisted Minds Records, Discordia Crew). This fine album is the result of the outstanding collaboration between Ariane and Gil. The two join, each with his musical direction and skill; Ariane, a master in percussion, with a rich knowledge of West African music and dance. Goa Gil with his accumulation of years of psychedelic cutting edge sets and musical experience. Gil is one of the most experienced Psychedelic Trance DJs today and is probably the most senior one too. Ariane & Goa Gil have become an icon. They are the leaders in their field and have been operating as The Nommos for over a decade. On their side is an impressive devoted fan base. They are identified with quality, their crystal clear production and sound have become a source of reference. A new album from them is definitely an exciting event.
'Primal Meltdown' is a psychedelic consciousness, it is innovative and futuristic and at the same time, it is tribal, savage and dark. The album was recorded in San Francisco and in Goa.

The name of Zacatecas is derived from the Zacateco people and it has its roots in nahuatl. The name means "people of the grassland". In this compilation you can find a really nice selection of music from people of Zacatecas, Mexico. Beginning at 153 and finishing at 195 bpm's. Going to really deep and night time sounds to really fast twisted sounds, to different kinds of production and ideas. This compilation is dedicated to all the people from Zacatecas. Hope you enjoy !
